Renting vs. buying continues to surge, as seniors are looking to downsize and to no longer worry about maintenance issues; and younger generations like Millennials and Gen Z don’t want to be tied down to one place. When considering the advantages of renting, property technology, or “PropTech”, is just as important, if not more so, than other available amenities.
