We’re looking for a Sourcer who will be able to source quality candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent through professional outreach to potential high-quality job candidates. The ultimate goal is to always exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cold and Warm Scripted Outreach to Potential Professional Job Candidates
  • Data Entry and Daily Documentation
  • Infer, Ask Abstract Questions
  • Work within a Project Management Environment
  • Two Week Training Program with On the Job Training Ongoing


  • Quotas for Outbound Calls (Rewards for Reaching Goals)
  • Goal-driven, coached management environment
  • KPI Management Structure
  • Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:30a- 5:30p Set Work Schedule

Experience & Requirements:

  • Customer Service and/or Inside Sales Experience
  • Conceptual Sales or Service Business Experience Desired
  • Business to Business Sales Experience Preferred
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Database (CRM) Experience
