We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter who will be able to source quality candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements and feel comfortable conducting outbound cold calls. The ultimate goal is to always exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Advising Professional Candidates on Critical Decision Making based on Questioning
  • Cold and Warm Scripted Outreach to Potential Professional Job Candidates
  • Work within a Project Management Environment / Self-Managed and Objective Management
  • Infer and Ask Abstract Questions of Candidates
  • Two Week Training Program with On the Job Training Ongoing – basis
  • Utilization of Professional Selling System to Foster Results with Requisite Training
  • Data Entry and Daily Documentation

  • Full Cycle Customer Exposure from Cold Inception through Fulfillment and Post Sale Service
  • Willingness to Innovate Methods to Identify and Confirm Interested Candidates
  • Liberal Work Hours based on Meeting/Exceeding Objectives

Experience & Requirements:

  • Undergraduate College Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, and/or Professional Services
  • Project Management Experience- Meet Deadlines, Deliver Candidates
  • Creative Thinking Skills
  • Lead or have Worked in a Supporting Role for Project Management of Assignments
  • Prior Experience Utilizing Social Media, Data Mining for Conducting Market Research
  • Customer Service and/or Inside Sales Experience
  • Conceptual Sales or Service – Business Experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Business to Business Sales Experience Preferred
  • Database (CRM) Experience
